At P.Louise, we want you to be obsessed with your makeup kit; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all security seals intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack your items securely in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit, including your order slip inside the package.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package via a tracked postal service to our warehouse address; please retain your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
